How First Impressions Work (and How to Use Them... →
What ends up being most relevant, however, is the presence of a genuine smile. People can pick up on a smile from up to 30 feet away, and tends to make them feel welcome and good. For example, am I most likely to listen to “work/studying” songs on weekday evenings? This might be a good way for me to consider what times I am most productive. Or why I can listen to either classical music or techno to study.
