yvynyl: Thrill Jockey just released the trailer for the new documentary, 77 Boa Drum directed by Jun Kawaguchi. It shows the Boredoms’ legendary, experimental 77 drummer performance they did in Brooklyn during in the summer of 2007.  I missed the actual performance, sadly, but I’ve heard from friends who were there that it was an epic experience.  The film comes out on DVD on September 7th.
